Initial Consultation
Fill out the briefing form below with your vision, requirements, and inspiration. The more details, the better.
Proposal & Quote
I'll review your request and send you a detailed proposal with pricing, timeline, and any clarifying questions within 48 hours.
Design & Approval
For complex projects, I'll create sketches or a prototype. Once you approve the design, I'll begin crafting your piece.
Crafting & Delivery
Your piece is handcrafted with the same care as everything in my shop. I'll send progress updates and ship when complete.

Pricing &
Timeline
Custom work pricing varies based on complexity, materials, and time investment. Here are some general guidelines:
Simple modifications (add card slots, change dimensions): +$20-50
Custom wallets from scratch: $120-250
Custom belts: $80-150
Bags & larger pieces: $300-800+
Specialty items (holsters, sheaths, etc.): Quote based on specs

Rush orders: Need it faster? Rush service may be available for an additional fee. Ask in the form below.
Deposit: Custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due before shipping.

Do you take all custom requests?
I take on most projects, but I may decline if it's outside my expertise or if my schedule is full. I'll be honest with you about what I can and can't do well.
Can I see the design before you start?
For complex projects, yes—I'll send sketches or even make a simple prototype if needed. For simpler modifications, we'll discuss the details and I'll proceed once you approve the plan.
What if I don't like the finished piece?
This is why communication during the design phase is crucial. Once you approve the design and I begin crafting, custom pieces are non-refundable. However, I've never had a customer unhappy with the final result because we work closely together throughout the process.
Can you replicate a design I found online?
I can create something inspired by a design you like, but I won't copy another maker's work exactly. Think of it as commissioning an original piece informed by your aesthetic preferences.
